A little glimpse of PROM!

Prom turned out to be everything I thought it’d be—fun, nostalgic, but overall unremarkable. I don’t mean that to be negative, just that I still don’t get the hype surrounding this “once-in-a-lifetime” event. That said, I’m glad I attended mine and with all of my favorite people, too. That’s what will make this prom memorable.

I'm finding it very hard to believe that my senior prom is over and done with, after all of the hours spent hunting for the perfect dress, forming our gigantic group, and scoping out a reasonably priced beach house for the after party. Well, to be honest, I didn't do much of the planning (thank you, Shelby!), but I do remember how long ago that it all began... And, once again, I'm surprised by how quickly the time flew by.
